Refunds
Paddle, our seller of record, handles every payment and refund under its standard refund policy: Paddle’s refund policy. In short:
- Payments are not refundable unless the law requires it, or Paddle agrees to one.
- In the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, you can withdraw within 14 days of a purchase, or of the first payment after a free trial, as that policy explains.
- Other countries' rights apply where the law gives them, as that policy explains.
- If AudioViz has a fault that stops it working as described, contact us first; we will try to fix it, and you can then ask Paddle for a refund.
- Extra hours you have already used are not refunded.
To ask for a refund, use the link in your receipt email, or visit paddle.net. You can also write to us at [email protected] and we will help.
